The positioning of residential property was deemed extremely important at the planning stage of the Park following in the footsteps of Regent's Park in London, Princes' Park and also Sefton Park in Liverpool where the houses, normally large and grand in structure, were laid out so as to provide visitors to the park with a pleasant prospect from every angle, whilst providing the residents of these properties with exceptional uninterrupted views over the parkland.
The Park Superintendent at the time, a Mr. A. Blackburn, worked closely with the landscape architects.
Note above is a glimpse of the city of Sefton. If you happen to be the citizens of Sefton would have been or what I write above. But if you want more than that, maybe you want the latest news from your favourite Sefton City surely you should look it up yourself. Be it through books, newspapers, magazines, or online news. That way you'll easily find news about your beloved city of Sefton.
Regarding some of the above, some of the media is the best way for you to find what you are looking for. Online news provides convenience for those of you who are looking for the latest news and also a relatively cheap fare even for free.
The ageing reader still has the time to spend reading their local newspaper but the "money spending" age demographic has slowly changed to getting their news from the internet.
The internet news service has met the time restraint needed that has challenged newspaper readership, as a news source centre, for local news. Online internet newspapers are making traditional newspaper publishers sit up and take notice of the power of "news on the internet".
While other forms of "news" work on the principle that "bigger is best", online internet news services have adopted the fast growing concept of "micro news publishing", that is relevant to local communities via the internet.
Inspiration from News Aggregation Sites
The sites promote themselves as an aggregation of news from around the web but the real value in the sites comes from the discussions. For instance with News-collector.com you can find engineers discussing topics that I'm sure they would not end up discussing in their normal every day lives. And this can often lead to interesting conversation. For example, would you discuss the Sefton breaking news in your normal everyday conversations? Now what if you were becoming involved in non normal topics of discussion like this on a regular basis. Sure you can search the news sites yourself and discuss with your friends. News-collector.com also offers a few other avenues for inspiration. There's a whole web of inspiration waiting..

Blogging For Money - Sponsored Reviews
I would like to share with you the secret of where I go to get my sponsored reviews assignments that pay up to as much as thousands of dollars per assignment. Without further ado, here they are.
Sponsored Reviews - One thing I really like about Sponsored Reviews is the fact that the approval process is almost instantaneous. All you have to do is to register as a blogger, register your blog and after that you can start sifting through the assignments to bid for them. All the advertisers here are genuinely looking for blogs to review their products and many of them have good budgets - $20 upwards. Some go as high as a thousand dollars although most are in the $20 - $100 range. How high you can go will depend on how much traffic your blog enjoys and what niche your blog is serving.
From my experience, the niches that pay best are - auto, entertainment, business, finance, technology. It is very easy to make a couple of hundreds here weekly if you are not too pricey and your blog enjoys decent traffic. Sponsored Reviews is prompt on payment and pays through PayPal.
Social Spark - Social Spark is quite a different vehicle from Sponsored Reviews. There are more choices to monetize from as it also offers CPA and CPC opportunities besides sponsored reviews. The sponsored reviews here usually have higher requirements but some of them pay very well - occasionally up to the tune of a couple of thousand dollars.
Signing up for the network and waiting to be approved however can be a pain as it is quite a lengthy process. You need to drop codes into your blog and wait for the network to review your blog before they will approve it. Only then can you look for opportunities. The website has a robust backed system and keeps its opportunities well categorized, so you will be able to look for assignments quite easily. One problem is that the high paying assignments are usually very competitive as there are no lack of top bloggers here. But if you persevere, you will get good assignments finally. Social Spark is also prompt on payment and uses PayPal too.
There are two other blog review networks I want to share with you, although I don't use them myself.
